1. General provisions
We respect other people's inboxes. RightConf sends emails only when there is a reason to and only to those who provided their address themselves: in a request form on the site, in correspondence with us or when subscribing to our newsletter.
2. What we consider spam
- bulk emails to recipients who have not consented to receiving them;
- subscription through pre-ticked boxes and hidden terms;
- the use of address databases that were purchased or collected without consent;
- emails from someone else's or spoofed domains and with misleading subject lines.
We do none of the above.
3. Our email rules
- the sender of the email is always clearly identified and the subject line matches the content;
- the email states the operator's contact details and where we obtained your address;
- every mailing has a working one-click unsubscribe;
- once a recipient opts out, no further emails are sent to them.
4. How to unsubscribe
Click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or write to info@rightconf.io. We will stop sending immediately, within three business days at the latest.
5. Report spam
If you received an email in our name that you were not expecting, forward it with the date of receipt to info@rightconf.io — we will look into it.
