Data protection

1. Approach

We process personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. Access to the data is held only by a limited group of employees who need it to work with inquiries and contracts.

2. Organizational measures

• access to data is granted on the principle of minimum sufficiency — each employee sees only what is needed for their tasks;
• employees who work with data are familiar with the rules for its processing and protection;
• requests from personal data subjects are logged and reviewed.

3. Technical measures

• the connection to the site and the transfer of data from forms are protected by encryption;
• access to data storage is restricted and protected by authentication tools;
• working data is backed up to prevent its loss.

4. Handling data from requests

Data from requests is used only to contact you and to prepare solutions — we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties, except in cases provided for by law. The data is stored for as long as it is needed for the purposes of processing and is then deleted.

5. Deletion on request

Upon your request to info@rightconf.io we will delete your data unless the law requires us to continue storing it.

6. Report a problem

If you have noticed a vulnerability on the site or believe that your data is being processed incorrectly, write to info@rightconf.io — we will respond and take action.
