Consent to the processing of personal data

1. Subject of the consent

By submitting a form on the rightconf.io website, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give consent to the processing of the personal data you provide: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

2. Scope of the data processed

first name, last name and patronymic (to the extent you provided them);
email address and phone number, if provided;
company name and job title;
technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device identifiers.

The operator does not process biometric or special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes of processing

processing your request and contacting you;
holding presentations and consultations, preparing and performing the contract;
conducting the operator's commercial activities;
sending informational emails — subject to your separate consent to the mailing.

Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, this consent and the operator's charter.

6. Processing period

The data is processed throughout our interaction with you and is stored for no more than three years after the purposes of processing have been achieved, unless a longer period is established by law.

7. Your rights

You may at any time withdraw this consent in whole or in part by sending a written application to the operator's postal address or to info@rightconf.io, and also request information about how your data is processed.

8. Consequences of withdrawal

After the consent is withdrawn, the operator stops processing your data. The operator may continue processing without consent only where the grounds provided for in Articles 6, 10 and 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ are present.

9. Confidentiality

The operator undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

10. Other provisions

The operator does not verify the accuracy of the information you provide and assumes that you supply accurate information and keep it up to date.
