Zoom pricing in 2026

The cost is made of two parts: Zoom licences, and the work RightConf takes off your hands. Below are Zoom's public prices, so you can see the order of magnitude — and what those prices leave out.

These are Zoom's prices, taken on 12 August 2026, Workplace re-checked on 6 September

This page shows Zoom's public prices for buying directly: in US dollars, excluding VAT, billed annually. Zoom Workplace has no monthly billing — the "per month" figure is the annual charge divided by twelve, which is how Zoom itself presents it.

A RightConf quote is calculated separately and depends on the mix of products, the number of users and the term. It covers what Zoom's price list does not: the contract, deployment, training and support in Russian.

Zoom's prices change. The date above is there so you can see how fresh these figures are.

Add-ons

What is bought separately

Prices are monthly. Every add-on requires a paid base plan

ZoomMate$20

An AI teammate that works through your conversations and carries tasks to completion. Runs on US infrastructure in English only, and is not available to government, healthcare or education.

AI Productivity Suite$10

Four services — Canvas, Sheets, Slides and Paper: documents, spreadsheets and decks assembled from your meetings and correspondence. US infrastructure, English only.

Large Meetingfrom $50

Capacity beyond the standard room: from 500 participants up to a maximum of 5,000. The price rises with capacity.

Cloud storagefrom $10

An extra 30 GB for meeting recordings on top of what the plan includes, with larger bundles above that.

Live translation$5

Live audio translation and translated captions during a meeting — for teams and clients who work in different languages.

Conference Room Connector$49

Connects the video equipment you already own over SIP and H.323, so rooms bought earlier keep working.

Zoom's price list holds further add-ons — audio conferencing, video management, custom avatars, compliance management. There is no public price for Revenue Accelerator, Virtual Agent or Workvivo, nor for enterprise add-ons such as customer managed keys and Zoom Node: those are quoted against the task.

A licence is only the beginning

The price list above covers the first step. The other three are the work RightConf does

Step 1

Licence

What you see in the tables above. We choose the mix and the count so that you are not paying for what nobody uses.

In Zoom's price list
Step 2

Deployment

Configuration for your infrastructure, SSO sign-in, security policies, local servers and regional data centres, meeting room hardware. A pilot comes before the contract.

Step 3

Training

Sessions for administrators and for staff, localisation of the interface and workflows, materials in Russian.

Step 4

Support

Around the clock, in Russian. Any Zoom question is resolved through us — no language barrier, no correspondence with overseas support.

Buying Zoom under contract

Zoom is bought under contract. A card cannot pay on the Zoom site from Russia. RightConf invoices in roubles at the Central Bank rate on the payment date. VAT is shown separately, and closing documents follow the payment. The purchase procedure, rouble prices and answers for your accountants are on Buy Zoom in Russia.

Common questions

What people ask most

Is there a free version?

Yes, the Basic plan. Meetings are capped at forty minutes, participants at a hundred, and AI features are limited to a few uses a month. Enough for a one-off conversation, not enough to run a company on.

Can we pay monthly?

Not for Zoom Workplace. Zoom invoices for a year as a single upfront charge, and the monthly figure in the price list is the annual total divided by twelve, shown for comparison. Some add-ons are sold with monthly billing.

Why are prices in dollars and excluding VAT?

That is how Zoom publishes them, in every language version of its site. Taxes are added on top. Contract terms with RightConf are discussed separately.

What is the minimum number of licences?

One is enough to start. The limits work the other way: Pro goes up to 99 licences, Business up to 250, and above that sits Enterprise, which starts at 250.

What do Zoom's prices leave out?

Everything that happens after the purchase: choosing the configuration, deployment and setup, meeting room hardware, staff training, localisation and technical support in Russian. That is RightConf's work, and it is quoted separately.

How do we buy Zoom from Russia?

Under contract with RightConf. A request, an invoice in roubles, payment from your company account. Then licence activation and closing documents. Details are on Buy Zoom in Russia.
