Zoom licences for companies under contract: an invoice in roubles at the Central Bank rate on the payment date, VAT separately, closing documents after payment. Licences are activated 2–3 days after payment if no compliance review is needed.
RightConf sells Zoom licences to legal entities in Russia under contract. The invoice is in roubles at the Central Bank rate on the payment date, VAT is a separate line, and after payment you receive an acceptance certificate and a VAT invoice. Licences are issued on your company's account, and the administrator is yours.
Zoom Workplace Pro costs 18,686 ₽ per user per year excluding VAT, Business 24,188 ₽. The full table with VAT, webinars and meeting rooms is below. You can buy from a single licence. There is no "pay now" button on the site: before an invoice we clarify what you actually need, and that takes one conversation.
Zoom cannot be paid for with a Russian bank card on zoom.us. Zoom's payment processing rejects cards issued by Russian banks before the request reaches the bank, by the first digits of the card number. This is not a block: Zoom itself works in Russia; only the checkout does not.
For a company the checkout was inconvenient even before. A card purchase gives neither a contract, nor an invoice, nor a certificate. The expense cannot be booked. The licences end up registered to whichever employee had a card at hand, and leave together with them.
So companies buy Zoom the way they buy any other corporate software: through a partner, under contract, in the name of a legal entity. Zoom sells through partners worldwide; this is its standard sales channel, not a workaround.
RightConf has worked with Zoom as a partner since 2015 and is authorised by Zoom in a territory of 46 countries; the list is on the company page. The licences appear in your company's own Zoom account, while the contract, the invoice in roubles and the closing documents come from a Russian legal entity. This is Zoom's standard sales channel through partners, not a workaround.
Prices of Zoom licences for legal entities. Amounts are recalculated at the Central Bank of Russia rate on the payment date; below is the calculation at the rate in force on 6 September 2026. VAT of 22 % is shown as a separate line, as it will be on the invoice.

| Zoom Workplace Business, per user | 24,188 ₽ | 5,322 ₽ | 29,510 ₽ |
| Zoom Workplace Enterprise | on request, from 250 licences | ||

Add-ons for any paid plan, per month:

|---|---|---|---|
| Large Meeting, up to 500 participants | 5,499 ₽ | 1,210 ₽ | 6,709 ₽ |

| ZoomMate, AI assistant | 2,200 ₽ | 484 ₽ | 2,684 ₽ |

Webinars and meeting rooms require at least one Workplace Pro licence in the account; that is how Zoom's price list is built. What each Workplace plan gives is covered in Zoom pricing, and the platform itself on the Zoom Workplace page.
Zoom accepts US dollars, and some of our customers with a bank account outside Russia pay in dollars. If you paid today, 6 September 2026, in dollars, the prices would be:
| Licence, per unit per year | US dollars, excluding VAT |
|---|---|
| Zoom Workplace Pro, per user | $215.80 |
| Zoom Workplace Business, per user | $279.35 |
| Zoom Webinars, 500 attendees | $1,269.95 |
| Zoom Rooms, per meeting room | $633.68 |
The rouble and the dollar price are linked by the Central Bank rate on the payment date. Both tables are updated on the first day of every month.
A licence is needed by the person who hosts meetings. Participants join by link for free and need no account. A company of three hundred people where twenty managers schedule meetings buys twenty licences, not three hundred.
| What to count | Unit | Who needs it |
|---|---|---|
| Workplace | user | whoever schedules meetings |
| Webinars | host | whoever runs webinars; attendees are not counted |
| Rooms | meeting room | every equipped meeting room, not the people in it |
| Large Meeting | account | if a meeting has more than 100 people on Pro or 300 on Business |
An assistant can schedule meetings on behalf of a manager without a licence of their own; that is what scheduling privilege is for.
Do employees sign in with a corporate account, and does an administrator manage them centrally? That is Business: single sign-on and managed domains exist only there. No? Pro covers almost everything: meetings up to 30 hours, up to 100 participants, cloud recording, Zoom AI summaries.
| Pro | Business | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Licences per account | 1–99 | 1–250 | from 250 |
| Participants per meeting | up to 100 | up to 300 | up to 1,000 |
| Single sign-on (SSO), managed domains | no | yes | yes |
| Cloud recording | 10 GB per licence | 10 GB per licence | unlimited |
| Webinars for 500 attendees | bought separately | bought separately | included |
How Enterprise differs from Business is covered separately. If in doubt, tell us how many people schedule meetings and whether you need single sign-on. That is enough to name the configuration and the amount.
with RightConf's Russian legal entity, in your company's name.
in roubles at the Central Bank rate on the payment date, VAT as a separate line.
after payment, to book the expense and deduct VAT.
The administrator is yours, the users are yours, the recordings are yours.
from the partner, without correspondence with international support.
Plus what is not in Zoom's price list at all: choosing the licence mix for the task, rollout, single sign-on and the admin dashboard, staff training, meeting room equipment. What a partner adds on top of the licence is covered in Why RightConf.
You leave your contact details and describe the task briefly: how many people schedule meetings, whether you need webinars, meeting rooms, single sign-on.
We propose a mix of licences and add-ons for the task, not the maximum plan, and name the timeline.
Issued to the legal entity, invoice in roubles at the Central Bank rate on the payment date, VAT as a separate line.
We create the account or transfer it to your company, set up the domain, single sign-on and administrator rights.
We train staff, answer questions in Russian, and remind you about renewal in advance.
Licences are activated 2–3 days after payment if no compliance review is needed. The time from request to working licences depends on the size and requirements of the company, and we name it precisely in the first conversation.
Payment is a start, not a finish. Licences bought and not put to use cost the same as working ones and give nothing. A company pays for fifty seats, twelve people use them, and the real price of one working seat has quadrupled.
This does not happen by itself. Zoom's interface is friendly, and it seems employees will figure it out. In our experience, learning the platform on your own takes 30–50 hours, and part of its capabilities is not described even on Zoom's site. Why a do-it-yourself rollout stalls is covered separately. It is especially visible in Zoom Workplace, where there are more than ten tools and usually one is used.
So the invoice is the first of four steps. Then come rollout, training and support, and those are our job.
If the licences are registered to a personal or foreign card, you do not need to abandon them and buy again. Tell us how it is set up now, and we will propose how to move the account to a contract with the company. Users, settings and recordings are kept: in most cases the licences are added to your existing account.
Renewal follows the same order: an invoice before the term ends, closing documents, no interruption in service. We remind you in advance so the end of the subscription does not fall in the middle of a working week. If your subscription is currently through an intermediary, it can be renewed under contract on the same account.
