Statistics and reports
in Zoom.
Reports and the Dashboard are effective tools for obtaining a variety of statistical information about accounts, conferences and webinars.
The reports section of the Zoom web portal gives owners and administrators of various accounts with a Pro, Business, Enterprise or Education license statistics for viewing how the organization uses Zoom. Details of recently ended conferences appear in the reports within 30 minutes.
There are various types of reports:
Daily: account usage details for each day of a given month. The report lists new users, conferences, participants and conference minutes.
Active Hosts: a list of conferences and users that were active within a specified time range, which can be up to a month.
Inactive Hosts: a list of users who showed no activity within a specified time range.
Upcoming Events: a list of all conferences and webinars scheduled for a given time range.
Meetings: a search for registration and poll reports for a conference hosted by a user of the account.
Webinars: a search for registration, attendee, operation, question and answer, and poll reports for webinars hosted by a user of the account.
Cloud Recording: a search by date range for details of cloud recording usage over a given period, including data on the conferences recorded and the files created.
Remote Support: details of remote support usage within a specified time range, including the conference ID and information about who provided and who received remote support.
Operation Logs: reports of this type let you audit administrator and user operations such as adding a user, changing account settings and deleting recordings.
Sign In / Sign Out: the report lists the users who signed in or signed out, their IP addresses, the platform they used and its version numbers where possible.
