Zoom Events: virtual and hybrid conferences

Multi-track virtual and hybrid conferences: lobby, expo, networking and tickets — on a platform your attendees already know.

What it is

Zoom Events is a platform for large events: multi-session and multi-day conferences, virtual and hybrid. An attendee arrives in the lobby, picks talks from the agenda, visits the expo and meets other attendees — just like at an in-person conference.

For the organizer, the platform covers the whole cycle: creating the event and the agenda, branded pages and emails, tickets and registration, team collaboration on content — and detailed analytics once it is over.

Hybrid is a native scenario here: virtual and in-person audiences come together in one event — with digital badges, on-site check-in and lead capture at the booths.

One event — the whole conference
  • Lobby with the agenda and a live stream
  • Expo and sponsor booths
  • Networking between attendees
  • Tickets: VIP, paid, general
  • Analytics through to pipeline and revenue

Capabilities

What you get from Events

The full event cycle — from agenda and tickets to revenue in the CRM

Multi-track agenda

Parallel tracks and a multi-day agenda: live sessions and scheduled sessions, with every attendee building their own route.

Event lobby

The storefront of the conference: a live stream right in the lobby, a list of running and upcoming sessions, materials and a shared attendee chat.

Expo and sponsors

An expo floor with booths: live conversations with experts, company materials and dedicated sponsor areas.

Networking

Attendees meet and talk in chat, meetings and calls — connections form just like in the hallways of an in-person event.

Tickets and registration

Ticket types from VIP to free, paid sales, several registration options and automatic emails to attendees.

Event branding

Pages, emails and the lobby in your corporate style: colors, logos and video are set up without hiring an agency.

Production

Backstage for speakers and the producer: the event looks like a TV broadcast while being run from the familiar Zoom interface.

Hybrid tools

Digital badges, on-site check-in, a venue map and lead scanning connect the in-person and virtual parts of the event.

Team preparation

Speakers, panelists and co-hosts prepare the event together in a shared hub: content, roles and rehearsals in one place.

Analytics through to revenue

Registrations, engagement, pipeline and revenue: the result of the event is visible in numbers, and the data flows into your CRM and marketing systems.

Content after the event

Session recordings are collected into a content hub: the event keeps bringing in an audience after the finale.

AI assistance

AI helps with event setup and copy — from invitations and session descriptions to emails to attendees.

How to choose

Webinars, Sessions or Events?

Three steps on one ladder: the difference is in the scale of the event and the packaging around the broadcast

All three products are about an event for an audience; the difference is scale and packaging. Webinars is a broadcast tool: one live session for a large audience. Sessions is the same single broadcast, but turned into a branded marketing event: its own page, tickets, television-grade production and a content hub. Events is a full conference: many sessions and days, a lobby, an expo, networking and a hybrid format. Technically, Sessions runs on top of Meetings or Webinars, and Events includes the capabilities of Sessions.
