Sessions

Single events at TV-studio level: premium webinar capabilities, branding from the page to the broadcast and a content hub — without an agency.

What it is

Zoom Sessions is the step between a webinar and a large conference: a tool for single marketing events, from an intimate roundtable to a major announcement. At its core are the familiar Zoom Meetings or Webinars, on top of which the premium capabilities are switched on.

An event gets its own branded page with speakers and materials, flexible registration with tickets and automatic emails, while on air you have Backstage, Production Studio and playback of pre-recorded content as a live broadcast.

Events add up into a hub — a directory by topic and audience. Recordings live on as on-demand channels, and the organizer sees analytics for the whole program, not for a single broadcast.

One event — like a TV broadcast
  • Backstage for speakers
  • Production Studio for scenes and layouts
  • Simulive: pre-recorded content in a live broadcast
  • A branded event page
  • Event hub and on-demand channels

A broadcast that looks expensive

A professional picture and your brand — done by your own team

TV-grade production

Backstage, Production Studio and Simulive: the event looks like a TV show, even though the marketing team runs it themselves.

Brand in every detail

The event page, the emails and the broadcast itself — all in your style: backgrounds, speaker lower thirds, colors and logos, with no design contractor.

A program, not one-off broadcasts

The hub gathers events into a directory and recordings into channels, and analytics are calculated for the whole series at once.

Capabilities

What you get from Sessions

Premium capabilities for single-session events

Backstage

Speakers get ready “behind the scenes” and go on air at the right moment — like in a real studio, with no stray faces on camera.

Production Studio

Ready-made scenes and frame layouts: the speaker, the content and the captions change with the broadcast script at one click.

Simulive

Pre-recorded content airs as if live: the playback is rehearsed, while the team answers in chat and handles questions.

Event page

A builder for a branded page: speakers, agenda, materials and the registration form in your corporate style.

Tickets and registration

Ticket types and paid events, customizable registration forms and automatic invitation emails and reminders.

Interactivity

Polls, quizzes, reactions, chat and Q&A hold the audience's attention both in the live broadcast and in the recording.

AI assistance

AI helps you set up the event and write the copy: invitations, descriptions, emails to attendees.

Event hub

A directory of your events by topic and audience: announcements, registration and content gathered in one place.

On-demand channels

Recordings are published as channels: the event keeps collecting views and contacts after it goes off air.

End-to-end analytics

Dashboards across all events at once: registrations, attendance rate, engagement and the trend from broadcast to broadcast.

Integrations

Registration and activity data flow into your CRM and marketing platforms — for lead scoring and nurturing.

On top of Meetings or Webinars

The format fits the goal: an intimate discussion in a meeting format or a broadcast to a large audience — the premium layer is the same.

Scenes

Who this is useful for

What kinds of events Sessions is built for

01

A regular webinar program

A series of branded broadcasts with a single page, a hub and end-to-end analytics — a program, not scattered webinars.

02

A major announcement

A broadcast with a TV-quality picture: scenes, Backstage and rehearsed Simulive segments — without a production contractor.

03

Customer events

Case studies, training and community: branded pages and recordings that keep working after the broadcast.

04

Intimate formats

Roundtables and closed discussions based on a meeting — with the same registration, branding and analytics.

How to choose

Webinars, Sessions or Events?

Three steps on one ladder: the difference is in the scale of the event and the packaging around the broadcast

All three products are about an event for an audience; the difference is scale and packaging. Webinars is a broadcast tool: one live session for a large audience. Sessions is the same single broadcast, but turned into a branded marketing event: its own page, tickets, television-grade production and a content hub. Events is a full conference: many sessions and days, a lobby, an expo, networking and a hybrid format. Technically, Sessions runs on top of Meetings or Webinars, and Events includes the capabilities of Sessions.
