In January the Zoom platform update affected chat. Chat in your personal account has become as convenient and full-featured as it can be.

Here is what is new in the chat in your Zoom account:

• the ability to build message threads;

• a standard set of emoji has been added;

• you can now show your reaction to a message.

Let us also not forget that straight from the chat

• you can create a 1+1 or a group conference;

• create a group;

• view a Zoom user's profile;

• you can exchange files;

• turn on a notification for when the user you are interested in appears;

• add a "star" to a contact;

• add a "star" to a message;

• block a contact;

• delete a contact;

• send a chat to the archive.
