Documents, spreadsheets and presentations with AI right inside Zoom: Canvas, Paper, Sheets and Slides turn a conversation into finished material without leaving the platform.
AI Productivity Suite — four content creation tools built into Zoom: Canvas — a flexible workspace for notes, plans and collaboration, Paper — an editor for structured documents, Sheets — smart spreadsheets and Slides — presentations. All with AI and all in the same place as your meetings and messages.
The point of the suite is how the pieces connect. A discussion in a meeting becomes a summary, the summary unfolds into a working Canvas document, its data goes into a Sheets spreadsheet, and for the review meeting a Slides deck is built from the same material. Context isn't carried by hand between four different programs — it simply stays in Zoom.
How licensing works: the editors themselves come with Zoom Workplace plans, while the suite's AI capabilities are unlocked by a ZoomMate or AI Productivity Suite license and consume AI credits. Canvas is the exception: its AI features are included in paid Workplace plans without a separate license. An honest caveat: AI in Paper, Sheets and Slides currently runs on Zoom's US infrastructure — we will confirm availability for your organization on request.
Work doesn't move between programs: it grows up inside a single platform
In one step the meeting summary unfolds into a Canvas document: the plan, open questions, next steps. The minutes don't die in an inbox — they become working material.
The draft matures in Paper into a report or a proposal, the numbers go into Sheets with formulas and charts. AI helps write, rewrite, structure and calculate.
From the same material Slides builds a deck: structure, copy and speaker notes — on request or straight from the meeting transcript. All that's left is polishing, not building from scratch.
Three key capabilities per tool
Text, data tables with different views, forms, embedded images, video and links — in a single document. For plans, knowledge bases and project materials.
Simultaneous editing, comments and mentions of colleagues — including during a meeting. The document lives alongside the discussion, not after it.
AI writes and restructures content, fills in tables and suggests next steps; templates and automations tie together forms, meeting summaries, chat notifications and tasks.
An editor for long, structured texts: reports, proposals, policies, contract materials. A strict structure and careful formatting instead of a free-form canvas.
A first draft from the meeting material, rewriting sections, changing tone, condensing and translating — iterative work that brings text to a “ready to send” state.
Co-authoring, version history, comments in the text and export to the usual external formats — for documents that have an approval process and an owner.
Formulas, charts, version history and collaborative editing — familiar work with data, only inside Zoom, next to meetings and messages.
Describe what you need calculated and AI builds the formula, transforms the data and helps with the analysis. Pasted “raw” text turns into a tidy table.
Templates for reporting, tracking and planning plus automations tied to the data. The spreadsheet becomes an operations hub for recurring processes rather than a dump of numbers.
A complete presentation from a text description, a document or a meeting transcript: AI picks out the essentials, builds the narrative and lays it out across slides with speaker notes.
Fonts, colors and layouts stay within company standards; AI generates and edits images right in the editor — with no separate design tool.
Import and export of files in PowerPoint-compatible formats: decks arrive and leave in the usual form, while collaborative polishing happens in real time inside Zoom.
One piece of material travels the whole way — from discussion to report
The project plan lives in Canvas: the discussion in a meeting adds to the document right away, tasks and statuses sit in data tables, drafts sit alongside. No more “final_version_3_edits” in email.
After a meeting with a customer, Paper helps put the proposal together and Slides the presentation for the pitch. Both documents build on what was actually said and hold to the company's brand style.
The week's numbers go into Sheets with formulas from AI, the conclusions into Paper, the quarterly review into Slides. Three documents from one context, with no manual transfer of data between programs.
Meetings, chat, documents, spreadsheets and presentations in one subscription and one window. Fewer programs means fewer licenses, fewer switches and fewer places for files to get lost.
We'll give you a remote demo Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00 Moscow time, answer all your questions and provide trial access so you can explore the system yourself.
