The corporate Workplace plan from 250 licences: up to 1,000 participants, webinars and unlimited cloud included. How it differs from Business and how the price is calculated.

Zoom Enterprise is the top plan of the Zoom Workplace platform for companies from 250 licences. It gives everything Business has and adds what on the lower plans is bought separately or is unavailable. That is meetings up to 1,000 participants, webinars for 500 attendees in every licence, cloud recording without a storage limit, and a dedicated manager on Zoom's side.
There is no Enterprise price on Zoom's site: the plan is priced for the company, by the number of licences and the mix. Through RightConf it is bought like the other plans, under contract in roubles with closing documents. When to move to Enterprise and when Business is enough is covered below.
| Business | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Licences per account | 1–250 | from 250 |
| Participants per meeting | up to 300, expansion to 1,000 bought separately | up to 1,000 |
| Meeting length | up to 30 hours | up to 30 hours |
| Cloud recording | 10 GB per licence | no storage limit |
| Webinars | bought separately | 500 attendees included in every licence |
| Single sign-on (SSO), managed domains | yes | yes |
| Admin dashboard and reports | yes | yes |

| Zoom support | chat and phone | priority, a dedicated manager |

Everything Business has is covered in Zoom pricing, and the platform itself on the Zoom Workplace page.
On Business an all-hands for 500 employees needs the Large Meeting add-on. On Enterprise a thousand participants are in the licence, and any host can call such a meeting.
On Pro and Business a Webinars licence is bought separately, per host, and costs 109,960 ₽ a year excluding VAT at the rate on 6 September 2026. On Enterprise a webinar for 500 attendees can be run by any licensed user: marketing, training, HR, without buying separate licences.
On Business space is counted: 10 GB per licence, and when it runs out recordings are deleted or storage is bought. On Enterprise the volume is not limited, and retention is set by the administrator through policy, not by a lack of space. How recording in Zoom works is in a separate guide.
An Enterprise account has a dedicated manager on Zoom's side and priority in support. For a company where Zoom has become part of the infrastructure this means a question is resolved faster than through the general queue.
For honesty's sake. Single sign-on, managed domains, the admin dashboard, reports, recording transcripts, Zoom AI, translated captions, device policies, all of this is already on Business. If a company takes Enterprise for "security" or "administration", it overpays: all of this appeared a plan earlier. What Business gives and where corporate work begins is in the article on the Business plan.
Enterprise is about scale: the number of people in a meeting, webinars in every licence, cloud volume, the relationship with Zoom.
That is the plan's threshold, not a recommendation. A host is whoever schedules meetings, not every employee; how to count licences.
All-hands meetings, training for all staff, leadership addresses.
If ten people in different departments run webinars, ten separate Webinars licences cost more than the difference between plans.
A policy of recording all meetings, long retention, transcripts, training on recordings.
Several legal entities, branches in different countries, one account, one policy.
Who does not need Enterprise: a company with a hundred hosts where two people run webinars. Business plus two Webinars licences is cheaper for it.
The Enterprise price is not published by Zoom or by us: it depends on the number of licences, the mix (telephony, meeting rooms, contact centre) and the term. It is priced for the company. A guide for the budget is this. The price per Enterprise licence is higher than Business. The saving appears on webinars, the cloud and the add-ons that on Business would have to be bought.
| For comparison, per user per year excluding VAT | Price |
|---|---|
| Zoom Workplace Pro | 18,686 ₽ |
| Zoom Workplace Business | 24,188 ₽ |
| Zoom Workplace Enterprise | on request, from 250 licences |
Prices at the Central Bank rate on 6 September 2026, recalculated on the payment date, VAT of 22 % as a separate line. The full price list is on the buying page.
For us to name an Enterprise price we need three numbers: how many hosts, how many people attend the largest meeting, how many people run webinars. That is enough for a first calculation.
Like any Zoom plan: through an official partner, under contract with a Russian legal entity. An invoice in roubles at the Central Bank rate on the payment date, after payment an acceptance certificate and a VAT invoice. A Russian bank card does not go through on Zoom's site, and Enterprise is not sold on the site anyway: it is arranged through a partner in every country.
The procedure: a request, a conversation about the mix and the numbers, a calculation, a contract and an invoice, licences on your account, setup of single sign-on and policies, training. Details on the buying page.
At the Enterprise level the licence stops being the main question. Rollout becomes the main one. Integration with the corporate directory and single sign-on. Meeting room equipment. Recording and retention policies, device policies. Training hundreds of employees that besides meetings the platform has chat, telephony, a whiteboard and AI.
Licences bought and not put to use cost the same as working ones, and on Enterprise there are hundreds of them. Why a do-it-yourself rollout stalls is covered separately. We sell Enterprise together with rollout: setup, training, support in Russian, not because it costs more that way, but because otherwise the plan does not pay off.
The price is not published; it is calculated for the company by the number of licences and the mix. From 250 licences. For a calculation we need the number of hosts, the size of the largest meeting and the number of people running webinars.
By scale: up to 1,000 participants in a meeting instead of 300, webinars for 500 attendees in every licence, unlimited cloud recording, a dedicated Zoom manager. Single sign-on and administration are already on Business.
Up to 1,000 without add-ons.
Yes, for 500 attendees in every licence. Larger capacity is bought separately.
No volume limit. Retention is set by the administrator.
Yes, the contract term is usually a year; longer terms are also possible.
Through an official partner under contract in roubles with closing documents. Enterprise is not sold on Zoom's site in any country.
No. Single sign-on, managed domains, policies and reports are on Business. Enterprise is needed for scale.
